I recommend, recommend, recommend!!! I absolutely love this bag—I got it from my boyfriend for my birthday, and I can't stop admiring it! It's very spacious and served me well as a carry-on during a flight. It was quite heavily loaded, yet I didn’t experience the mentioned “slipping strap” issue at all. I’m not sure if it’s because of the added strap for length adjustment, or maybe the issue just doesn’t exist :) This is already my second bag from this store (I also have the Metallic Black, which has served me well for several years and is just as great if you’re looking for something bigger!), and it certainly won’t be my last! You guys are doing a fantastic job ❤️

I received the bag today, and it looks beautiful in person ❤️ It was nicely packed, so nothing got wrinkled, and the shipping was fast. The color is beautiful, and the craftsmanship is excellent—no stitches sticking out. The material is quite soft and flexible, but it looks sturdy. I hope it will last a long time!
