The bag is beautiful and spacious with a great design. However, I have a question: is there any way to straighten the creased strap? After taking it out of the package, the end is crumpled, and there is a noticeable dent where the buckle was moved. If I cover the eco-leather with a towel and iron it, will it not get damaged?

The bag is just like in the picture. Very thin but lightweight, so it won't strain your shoulder. I hope it will last a long time ;)
