§1. Definitions

§2. General provisions
1. The Website uses cookies to ensure proper functioning of the site, to adapt its features to the User's preferences, to analyse traffic and to carry out marketing activities.
2. The Administrator uses the Cookiebot.com service, which enables the User to manage consent for individual categories of cookies (necessary, preference, statistics, marketing). Consent is voluntary and may be changed by the User at any time.
3. User consent is recorded and may be changed or withdrawn at any time via the "Cookie settings" link available in the website footer or via the browser settings.
§3. Types and purposes of cookies used
1. The Website uses the following types of cookies:
- Necessary – technical cookies that enable the use of basic functions of the Website (e.g. login, order placement, remembering the shopping cart contents). Without them, the Website may not function properly.

- TikTok Pixel – an analytics and marketing tool by TikTok Technology Limited used to measure campaign performance and tailor content to Users' preferences. More information: TikTok Privacy Policy.
- Microsoft Clarity – an analytics tool by Microsoft Corporation that enables analysis of User behaviour on the site (e.g. heatmaps, scroll tracking). Data is processed in an anonymised form. More information: Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Plausible Analytics – an analytics tool by Plausible Insights OÜ (Västriku 2, 50403 Tartu, Estonia) that allows anonymous collection of statistical data about visits to the Website. 3. The data collected by the above tools is not combined with personal data provided to the Administrator during purchases, account registration or contact with the Website.
§4. Managing cookies
1. On the first visit to the Website, the User may give consent to particular categories of cookies via the banner displayed by the Cookiebot service.
2. User consent is recorded and may be changed or withdrawn at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of the Website or via browser settings.

4. Deleting or blocking certain cookies may affect the correct functioning of the Website (this applies to necessary cookies).
§5. Changes to the Cookie Policy
1. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Cookie Policy, in particular in the event of introducing new functionalities to the Website or changes in applicable law.
2. The new version of the Policy becomes effective on the day it is published on the Website; the effective date is indicated in the header of the document.
3. In the event of material changes concerning cookie categories or data processing methods, the Administrator will inform Users via a suitable notice on the Website's home page or by e-mail (if the User has an account).
