Review Submission Guidelines

1. Submitting Reviews

After purchasing a bag from our store, you have the opportunity to write a review of the products. You can do this directly on our website. Additionally, after some time following the purchase, we send an email requesting a product review. The review that appears on the site is verified by checking the user's purchase history. If the customer has indeed purchased the product, the review is marked as "Verified Purchase."

2. Reviews of Non-Purchased Products

You can also review bags that you received as a gift. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the authenticity of such reviews. The same applies to reviews written before August 24, 2024, which will not be marked, as we cannot confirm their authenticity.

3. Review Submission Process

To write a review, visit our website vespoint.eu, select the product you wish to review, and add your review. Starting from August 24, 2024, each review will include information about its verification. Reviews submitted before this date may or may not be 100% authentic.

4. No Compensation

We do not offer compensation or rewards for submitting reviews. If you have any questions regarding ratings and reviews, please contact us.

5. License and Copyright

By submitting a review through our site, you grant VES.point (represented by VES Mariana Kozova, NIP: 9482633115, REGON: 521637027, address: ul. Andrzeja Struga 18, 26-600 Radom) a non-exclusive and royalty-free license to use the review for marketing and advertising purposes. This includes use on the online store, newsletters, catalogs, emails, and other communication channels.

6. Review Moderation

VES.point reserves the right to assess and moderate reviews before publication. We do not modify our customers' reviews in any way. We usually publish the review within 3 business days. We only publish comments that contain relevant product information and help other customers make a choice. Inappropriate comments, including those containing offensive content or enabling the identification of the user, will not be published. VES.point also reserves the right to remove reviews that violate the guidelines, pertain to an out-of-stock product, or are otherwise outdated.

7. Disclaimer of Claims

By submitting a review, you release VES.point from any obligation to pay for the use of the text and any copyrights associated with its use. You indemnify and hold harmless VES.point and its representatives from any claims and liabilities related to the use of the review. VES.point reserves the right to periodically modify the guidelines without prior notice to customers. Keep a copy of the guidelines, as we will not retain or provide older versions later.
