Honestly, I’m disappointed. The faux leather is of very poor quality. It wrinkles easily, so after adjusting the strap, you can see the mark from the buckle where it used to be. Wrinkles are visible all over the surface of the bag – and that’s after only a week of use. At this price, you can get a decent genuine leather bag. I won’t buy again. It’s a pity, because the design itself is very comfortable and practical.

We're sorry the product didn't meet your expectations, but we'd like to clarify one important point: creases on eco-leather are not a sign of poor quality — they are a completely natural occurrence and can appear on any item made from this type of material, especially when adjusting the strap or with everyday use.
Fortunately, it's very easy to deal with them. Simply iron the bag gently through a thin layer of fabric, such as a cotton towel. Please never apply the iron directly to the surface of the bag, as this may damage the material.

I'm positively surprised by the bag – it's perfect for university :) The color is a deep chocolate brown – absolutely beautiful. It's very spacious and, with some maneuvering, even fit a 15.6-inch laptop. Despite packing quite a few things, the bag feels very light and doesn’t seem heavy at all. It’s very classic and goes well with many outfits. So far, I’m very happy with the purchase and I hope it serves me well for a long time 🤎
